Mr. Russu has over 30 years of experience in IT, system integration and distribution, telecommunications, construction, and educational projects. He is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Moldova the co-founder, former shareholder and Chairman of Moldcell, as well as the founder of Education and Science Development Foundation of the Republic of Moldova.
Mr. Andronic has over thirteen years of economic and financial experience, over eight years as CFO in Romania (CFO certified, PhD candidate), work experience in areas like banking, European funds, biodiesel production, gas and oil market, automatic gas stations, winemaking and business strategy planning.
Ms. Mastac is proficient in contracting and acquisitions and was the country representative manager for several European brands in the retail sector. Ms. Mastac graduated the Academy of Economic Studies of the Republic of Moldova and the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a specialization in International Economics and Trade.
